This promotion is run by Valhalla Tactical (the "Promoter"). The giveaway offers one (1) winner a prize of $500 AUD in Valhalla Tactical store credit. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.

02. Who can enter

The promotion is open to the following individuals:

• Australian residents only
• Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Individuals with a valid email address

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Valhalla Tactical are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

No purchase necessary. Entry is free and does not require any purchase from Valhalla Tactical.

03. Entry method

To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official entry form on the Valhalla Tactical website during the promotion period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Entries submitted by automated means, third parties, or any other method not expressly permitted will be void. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, or delayed.

04. Start & end dates

The promotion commences on the date it is first published and will remain open until a closing date determined and announced by Valhalla Tactical. The end date will be communicated via the Valhalla Tactical website and/or email.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the promotion period at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

05. Prize details

One (1) winner will receive $500 AUD in Valhalla Tactical store credit. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

• Store credit is valid for use on the Valhalla Tactical online store only
• Store credit cannot be applied to prior purchases
• Any unused balance is non-refundable
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value

06. How the winner is chosen

The winner will be selected privately by the Valhalla Tactical team from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place at a time determined by the Promoter following the close of the promotion.

The selection process is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

07. Claiming your prize

The winner will be notified via the email address submitted at entry. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate and accessible.

The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for notification emails that are undelivered, directed to spam folders, or otherwise not received due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

08. Use of personal information

Personal information collected through this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. Valhalla Tactical handles all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
