Refunds and Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
CHANGE OF MIND
For goods purchased on Valhalla Tactical's online store, you are welcome to return goods for a refund or exchange within 30 Days after dispatch.
Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition (unused) and include the packaging, instruction manuals and tags. Products must not be used, worn or soiled. Goods must be posted in a satchel when returned to the warehouse to prevent damage to the original packaging.
Due to health and safety, we are not able to accept change of mind returns on the following products:

Underwear & Thermals

Face wraps and neck gaiters
-
Carabiners
-
Gas Canisters
-
Food
-
GPS & Electronic Navigation Devices
-
Opened hearing protection earbuds (that have been inserted into the ears).
We do not accept returns on any custom-made, modified or altered products.
Additionally, gift cards and vouchers will not be accepted for return. Gift Cards and store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Valhalla Tactical will only honour returns on items purchased directly through us. We will not accept the return of Valhalla branded products purchased at other retail locations.
CHANGE OF MIND - CLEARANCE ITEMS
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be given for clearance items, unless faulty.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS – ONLINE POLICY
ONLINE ORDERS EXCHANGES:
THE PRODUCT MAY BE EXCHANGED IF:

It has not been worn or used.
-
It has no marks, scuffs, dirt, or stains.

The item tags have not been removed.
-
All items are returned including packaging, parts/accessories, etc.

The return is made within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your order with another product, we can process your request if the item meets the above criteria. If you wish to have your order shipped via mail there will be a $19.95 fee to cover shipping of the return and new item.
ONLINE ORDERS REFUNDS:
If you decide to change your mind on items that have already been shipped and require a refund, please notify our staff at support@valhallatactical.com.au to arrange a return.
Once we have received the goods back, inspected them and found that they are in good condition (unworn, free of marks or odours and with all the packaging and labels), only then will we be able to issue a refund on the amount paid. This refund will be minus the original shipping costs paid by you on your original order. If you received free shipping for your purchase, a standard amount of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs.
PROOF OF PURCHASE:
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

Register Receipt (Physical copy or digital copy)

Online Tax Invoice

Financial statement such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemize the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel an order for a refund, you must place a cancellation request via email. You must allow 24-48 hours (excluding non-working days i.e. weekends, public holidays) for the email to be processed and the order cancelled.
If the goods have already been shipped by us before a cancellation request is processed, they can still be returned, at the cost of the buyer, however shipping charges cannot be refunded.
PACKAGING FOR POSTAL RETURNS:
To be elegible for a return or exchange, items MUST BE PACKAGED IN A SATCHEL when sending them back to our warehouse. Failure to do so will result in your return being rejected and you will be liable to pay for your rejected items to be sent back to you. DO NOT TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX or any of the original packaging, as the item will no longer qualify as 'brand new, with original packaging and unused' and therefore, your return will be automatically rejected.
