Why is my shipment delayed?

Our online store is stocked across all 4 of our retail and warehouse locations. Therefore some items may be located seperately and need to be transferred between stores. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Contact us at support@valhallatactical.com.au and we will issue you a new single use code.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We offer complementary Startrack Fixed Price Premium to all customers. If you require your order immediately please contact our staff at support@valhallatactical.com.au to discuss available options.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes we do ship internationally, please contact us at support@valhallatactical.com.au to get a quote for shipping.

You can pay using an international credit card through PayPal.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. We also accept payments through PayPal, Afterpay and Zippay.

How long will it take me to get my order?

If your order is received on a business day (Monday to Friday), the warehouse team will endeavour to ship your order ASAP, but it will be dependent on the location of where the item is stored (especially with orders containing multiple items). We have 4 stores across Australia, and your item may have to be transferred from one of these locations, which may take a few extra business days to ship.

Please Note: Warehouse staff and couriers do not operate on weekends; therefore, we do not process online orders on Saturday and Sunday.

If you require your item to be shipped to a PO box this can take longer for delivery due to Australia posts slower delivery times. Upon request we can ship express Australia post, but there will be an additional fee.

How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but please notify us via email at support@valhallatactical.com.au

If your order has already been shipped and you change your mind and want to return the goods for a refund please notify our staff at support@valhallatactical.com.au Please note once we have received the goods back and have inspected them and found they are in good order (unworn, free of marks or odours and with all the packaging and labels), we will refund the amount paid, minus the original shipping costs. If you received free shipping for your purchase a standard amount of $19.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs.

Can I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange your order with another product, we can process your request as long as the item is it’s original condition and hasn’t been worn and the tags are still attached. If you wish to have your order shipped via mail there will be a $19.95 restocking fee (this fee covers the shipping back to your location).

How do I return my order?

Please visit our Returns & Exchange Portal to initiate a Return, Exchange or Warranty.
