This promotion ("Win Your Order Back") is conducted by Valhalla Tactical ([37146738365 ]) of [Unit 3/14 Harvton St, Stafford QLD 4500] ("the Promoter").
1. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who place a qualifying order on https://www.valhallatactical.com.au during the Promotional Period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies, including partner agencies, are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotional Period
The Giveaway opens on 12:00am AEST Saturday 10 September 2026 (“Start Date”).
The Giveaway closes on 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“End Date”).
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry is automatic. Any completed and paid order placed on https://www.valhallatactical.com.au during the Promotional Period earns 1 entry into the draw. There is no limit on the number of orders, and therefore entries, a customer can place. Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, or found to be a fraudulent split of a single purchase before the draw will be excluded.
4. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Thursday 1 October 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw and has 7 days to respond before the Promoter may draw a replacement winner.
5. Prize Details
The winner receives a refund of their qualifying order to the original payment method, up to a maximum of $500. Orders exceeding $500 are refunded up to the cap only. Total prize value: $500. The refund is processed within 7 business days of winner confirmation.
6. General conditions
The Promoter's decision on all matters connected with this promotion is final. The Promoter is not liable for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical failure. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse of the entry mechanic, including order-splitting to generate additional entries.
7. Privacy
Entrant information is collected to conduct this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy www.valhallatactical.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Winners' first names and state/territory may be published on the Promoter's social channels; no other personal information will be published without consent.
