Utilising the same three-layer Aquasealz™ composition, the added presence of Hydrostop™ enforces the sock’s waterproofness. Lightweight and breathable, the Briston tackles a wide array of conditions. A Seamless construction stops the formation of blisters. Hiking, backpacking, trekking and mountain biking provide a glimpse of its scope. Sealskinz accessories are developed under the eye of Robbie Greenacre, head of innovation and technical development. Our factory in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, is a great example of British industry. Waterproofness and thermal management are at the forefront of our vision, equipping the wearer with maximum protection against the elements. • Sealskinz three-layer AQUASEALZ™ composition sees a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane enmeshed between a premium merino wool interior and an extra-durable nylon exterior.
• Outer – Durable nylon exterior, with 4-way stretch for an optimal fit.
• Mid-Section – Aquasealz™ waterproof membrane releases body-generated heat and moisture, while denying intrusion of external elements.
• Interior – Premium merino wool and acrylic blend for softness, sweat-wicking and odour resistance.
• Hydrostop™- Hydrostop™ is an elastic taping around the inside cuff of the sock. This extra barrier reduces the risk of water dripping down the leg into the sock.
